- Q: What methods of payment does American Pig Brand accept?

- Q: I put in the Newsletter coupon code to receive 10.00 off my order, but I did not receive the discount, what gives?
- A: Occasionally a customer has difficulty with the coupon code procedure. Make sure you have typed it in correctly and that the promotion is still valid and not expired. If you are still having problems, feel free to contact us, and we will be able to process the discount for you. Keep in mind that you're only able to use a coupon code one time and not in combination with any other special offers.
- Q: How can I track my order?
- A: We'll happily email you your tracking # upon request. Keep in mind that we can't provide tracking for international orders.
- Q: What is a Gift Certificate?
- A: Gift certificates are codes purchased by customers as gifts. They are to be used in the last step of the checkout procedure.
- Q: Is there a sizing chart I can view to determine what size(s) I need?
- A: Most of our items have their own individual sizing charts. To access the sizing chart, click on the "sizing information" link next to the item of clothing that you are interested in.
- Q: How do I return an item?
- A: You may return your item in original condition within 14 days of receipt for a full refund. You may return your item in original condition within 30 days of receipt for an exchange. To return or exchange an item, please send to the address above, and include a note with your name and reason for return.
- Q: How will my order be delivered?
- A: Standard shipping is delivered via U.S. Postal Service First Class or Priority mail. All international orders will be shipped U.S.P.S. Airmail. Domestic orders also have the option of shipping FedEx Ground, or FedEx Express Saver, (3 days to most U.S. locations). Please allow 1-2 business days to process the order. You will receive an email notification when your order has been shipped.
- Q: My order appears to have processed incorrectly when trying to pay with my credit card, what's the problem?
- A: Keep in mind that we must have an exact match to both your Billing address and the 3 digit code on the back of your card. Please input your information carefully and make sure it is all correct before clicking on the submit button.
